There is a large gap between the demands and supplying based on the existing power plant scale. The number and the scale of the power plants' expanding construction become much more larger and the safety management becomes more difficult, then how to establish an hazard identification and management system is a very valuable problem.The main contend of the thesis has been list blow:(1) How to confine the foreign advanced thoughts to the electric power plants' expanding construction and establish a scientific and effective manage information system.(2) Some basic hazard identification and management methods in power plants' expanding construction have been put forward and confined to the construction practice, then the identification and management models have been discussed as well.(3) Not only different safety assessment methods have been discussed in detail, but also the methods have been contrasted and the safety assessment system suitable to the construction practice was keen to established.(4) According to the power plants' expanding construction practice, the OHSMS and its application in our country has also been detailed. How to establish the hazard identification and management information system base d on the OHSMS thoughts is a very important character of the thesis.(5) The infrastructure and some technical details in the manage information system have been discussed, including the choice of project plan, the network structure and the database.The content of this thesis is of great theoretical and practice significance to the safety management in the power plants' expanding construction.
