According to the problem of the locale measurement of dielectric loss suffering the interference of the electric field in the electrified wire net, on the basis of the summarization of the principles and methods of the conventional dielectric loss measurement, the frequency conversion measurement method of dielectric loss is presented in this paper.The frequency conversion measurement method is the ultimate method, which can eliminate the main-frequency same-frequency interference from the strong electric field in the external electric network.In this paper, the principle, the advantages and the development process of the frequency conversion measurement method of dielectric loss are elementarily studied and the formula and arithmetic of equivalent main-frequency for the frequency conversion measurement are briefly derived firstly.In the next place, the manufacture scheme of the frequency conversion measurement device of dielectric loss researched in this paper is paticular introduced.The expatiation about the design process of the data collection module and the circuit of inverter is the emphasis of the paper. And then the power supply of the device and the LCD circuit are detailedly introduced in the paper and the serial communication implementation of the system is stated curtly.Finally, the anti-jamming measurement of the device and the testing results are simply presented too.The paper has adequately made use of the advantage of the FFT frequency spectrum analysis measurement method, which depends on the overall feature of sampling data to extract the phase of the signal.In the same time, the method of the phase difference is also explained, and it is compared with the frequency conversion measurement method.In conclusion, the hardware circuit of the device designed according to this measurement principle is relatively simple, and it has a good anti-jamming performance and high measurement precision.
