| Road surface made by concrete is popularly used now, the rapid construction and repair of road concrete will give people more convenience for their come-and-go, and it will be provided with plenty of social and economical benefit. In this research, the theory and experimental research of new approach to attain Super High-Early-Strength Concrete has been carried out. This concrete is provided with many properties such as satisfying early traffic opening, benefiting operation and securing in durability. Scientific researches are also carried out on raw material selection for Super High-Early-Strength Concrete, its form mechanism and effect of Polypropylene Fiber on concrete.In this paper, the structure model, mineral phases makeup, setting and hardening and intensity theory of concrete have been studied firstly, in order to seek the theory basis to make concrete early strength; In foundation with the seeked theory basis, the author put forward a new technical approach which blend the compound admixtures (super plasticizer and a little accelerator) with mineral admixture (silica fume) to attain Super High-Early-Strength Concrete; In according to the technical requirements of Super High-Early-Strength road Concrete, Scientific research are also carried out on its raw material selection; Through the orthogonal way design test, only use normal construction means and raw material, there are two Super High-Early-Strength road Concretes A and B has been successfully attained, whose 12h(24h) compression strength more than 20MPa and resist bending strength more than 4MPa separately.In the end, aim at the limitation of Super High-Early-Strength road Concrete, after analyzing and researching the effect of Polypropylene Fiber on concrete, the experimental research to add Polypropylene Fiber to Super High-Early-Strength road Concrete has been carried, it indicate the Polypropylene Fiber has obvious effect to prevent Super High-Early-Strength road Concrete shrink and the craze it brought, and it also has improvement effect on the brittleness and distortion of such concrete. |
