Research And Design Of High-Pressure Capacity Gas Mixture Assembly

Gas is of significance for the modern society as clean energy .Its advantages are recognized more and more as the environment issues are ranked high. Then there is an urgent requirement in China to adjust its energy structure from the long-standing dominant coal usage. Burner is essential for the development and inspection of suitable gas. And the gas mixture assembly can make the suitable gas. The purpose of this study is just about to summary the current conditions of Chinese gas usage and its mixture assembly development, anal size the feature and limitation of present Chinese gas mixture assembly, then raise the improved design, based on the sound understanding of Chinese gas field. In this study, complex theoretical and experimental research were involved. (1) One gas mixture assembly is designed to be multiple functional, on the basis of the analysis of different gas mixture approaches and their corresponding shortcomings. This system can supply gas continuously or discontinuously, with the flexible volume capacity.(2) The gasification device of liquefied petroleum gas is the key element of gas mixture assembly. With the criterion of convenience and high applicability, by comparison, this study confirms the means of mandatory gasification under the normal temperature and declining pressure. And one set of the corresponding gasification device is then designed to guarantee the steady gas/liquid composition ratio in the liquefied petroleum gas through the experiment research..(3) The analysis on the burning characteristics curves of outer flame, backfire, yellow flame, shows the interchangeability of gas. The data calculation of normal gas mixture and the operation experiment of gas allocation system lay the foundation for multiple gas mixture designs.(4) Referenced to the standard of county gas usage design gas mixture assembly is logically restructured with the added security instruments. And the flow process of gas allocation equipment is well displayed.(5) Further work is done to explore the feasibilities of the high-pressure capacity gas mixture assembly and the normal temperature declining pressure mandatory gasification devices. This is also a good preparation for future studies.
