Tunnel Traffic Intelligence Video Surveillance System Based On Digital Image Processing Technology

Video surveillance is playing an increasingly important role in the national economy. How to perform intelligent scene detection and to realize real-time &effective management of information are the core technologies of video surveillance.On the basis of analysis popular motion object detection and extraction algorithm, at the same time considering the complexity of the video monitoring scenes, this paper researches on several key technologies involved in video surveillance system, such as motion detection, object extraction, anomaly detection, etc. and develops the intelligence video surveillance system based on the digital image processing technologies.According to the practical requirements of video surveillance engineering, firstly, on the basis of analysis several background estimation &updating algorithms and study on the complexity of surveillance scenes, this paper throws light on the background prediction algorithm frame & real time updating background strategy, these algorithms is tested and analyzes the validity of these algorithm, secondly, on the basis of analysis popular motion detection algorithm, considering practical hardness of motion detection in the runnel surveillance scenes, several motion detection algorithms is integrated and modified, by these means the proper algorithm is combined, thirdly, the edge pixels of motion object are not continuous and sparse, what's more ,the edge of motion object may be broken, in view of these facts motion object extraction algorithm is present, elimination noise algorithm based on pixels spatial distribution and the road characteristic direct line extraction algorithm based on Hough transformation theory are set out in detail, finally, the design and implementation of the video surveillance system including hardware and software is introduce in this paper, the solution of the defect which is found out during the software tested ,is expounded emphatically.
