The author mainly studied the CFRP Plate by pultrusion processing and itsproperties for concrete structure in the construction area. Also studied and reformulatethe adhesive in the CFRP Plate manufactures.In this paper, the characteristic of the Vinyl-ester Resin and its solidification werestudied first, according to these properties, the Vinyl-ester Resin CFRP plate bypultrusion was manufactured which result in more lab works was achieved and moreCFRP properties was obtained. Three components of peroxide in the activator amongwhich have the different decomposed temperatures made the Vinyl-ester resinsolidified heat discharge increased that gained a bigger solidified degree. Theactivator-adopted quantity can dramatically affect the casting sample's performance:eg. When use 1.0-1.4 portions of activator, the casing sample can reach its maximumTensile strength and Bend strength; when use more activator, the polymeric meshworkcontracted which embrittle the casing sample and reduce the dynamic performance; Inthe Pultrusion processing, when CF composed of about 60vo1%, more demould agentcan bring the better processing but degrade the CFRP, normally use around 1.2 portion.A type of CF named Hexcl-AS4 was used in the CFRP Plate pultrusion. The finialproduct can obtain a Tensile Strength of 2000Mpa, a Bend Strength of 1200Mpa, aglass transition temperature (Tg) of 138.6℃, can be normally used under 100℃.Secondly, author study the basic properties of BAKELITE-VE4784 Epoxy Resin inwhich base made the CFRP Plate to preliminarily research the Polyether alteration onEpoxy resin. The Solidification temperature range was defined as 110-200℃ by DSCanalysis. More accelerant used can increase the casing samples dynamic performance,but more than enough accelerant can induce a severe solidified reaction that result in asmaller polymeric meshwork and reducing the sample's performance. Normally theAccelerant dosage can be 2 portions; The Epoxy resin CFRP has a obvious betterperformances than the Vinyl-ester Resin CFRP, i.e. had a Bend Strength of 1516MPa,北京化工大学硕士学位论文LSS of 85MPa, also Tg raised to 195~C~ When used the end-carboxyl polyether toreinforce the epoxy resin, the casing sample's SS, BS and Crack Elongation allincreased geminately. The CFRP performance also increased a little, that is becausethe performance of the CFRP mainly contributed by the CF. The reinforced resinimproved the interface between the CF and resin that contribute to the littleincreasing.Finally worked over the Glue formula and its properties for the CFRP Plate.Analyze the using request of base glue, flattening glue and adhesive to figure out thefinal proper formula so that the reformulated adhesive can achieve and exceed theconstruction standard.
