With the development of electro-hydraulic servo technology, the field of its application is spreading, there are more requirements on it. The control strategy is one of the most important factors which can effect the performance of eletro-hydraulic servo system. Because electro-hydraulic position servo system has the nonlinear characteristic, we apply the intelligence control to it. Using PLC to field control of the electro-hydraulic position servo system, using IPC to actualize the intelligent control and monitor the system by the strong computing and analysing abilities and good Human-Machine Interface of it.The main achievements of this paper are listed as follows: 1. According to the principle and the technical requirements of the system, the overall design plan is put forward; Using PLC for field control, IPC to monitor the run of the system, control the system by using of its strong computing ability ;2. Design one kind of fuzzy-immune and self-tuning PID controller based on the traditional PID controller by combining the principium of immune feedback system and the theory of fuzzy controlling. The proportion coefficients are adjusted by fuzzy-immune reasoning in the continuous field, the integrate, different coefficients are adjusted by fuzzy reasoning;3. Design one kind of compound controller based on non-linear P controller, self-turning-factor fuzzy controller and the PI controller. Avoiding the switching jam by the whole situation turning of self-turning-factor fuzzy controller and the parallelcontrolling of controller;4. Applying PLC and its extending module for field control , designing the program of PLC,including the initialization of system, data sampling and communication;5. Based on orient-object program tool VC, using the module method to design the monitoring software, including the serial communication module, signal producing module, displaying, storing and analyzing data in real time, simulating and analyzing by using the intelligence controller;6. Designing the intelligence controller module by the COM component, COM component has the following characteristics: language irrespective, transparency to client and so on. Only the interface is cared about when calling it, it makes the monitor software has the strong expansibility.
