Study On Soft Clay Treatment By Dry Jet Mixing Pile And Plastic Drainage Plate

The paper incorporates the project of saturated soft clay treatment that was in the selected road of Luntou to Longxuedao highway in south area of Guangzhou city in order to study the problem of stability, settlement and consolidation in soft foundation treatment. The test of cement-soil was done in order that the property of dry jet mixing pile (DJMP) in soft foundation treatment was discovered .At the same time, how the cement content influences the strength of cement-soil and what relation was between the cement-soil mechanics property and its age was known .By the test the best cement content was confirmed. The normal calculation studies the stability, settlement and average degree of consolidation of the soft foundation. With the analysis of linear-elastic finite element method, something about the DJMP composite foundation such as the settlement, the horizontal displacement, the increasing and disappearing of pore pressure were studied and the distribution of additional stress were studied, so that the action of DJMP in the soft foundation treatment and its influence to the consolidation were to be known about. With the analysis of non-linear elastic finite element method, the theory of using the plastic drainage plate to treat soft clay was studied. During the soft clay was treated, the development of the settlement and the horizontal displacement, the increasing and disappearing of pore pressure develop and the distributions of additional stress were cleared up. Such, the action of the plastic drainage plate in the soft clay treatment and its influence to the consolidation were to be known about. The treatment of soft foundation and its calculation were very complicated, the work in this paper provides some way of thinking and method about the problem in the calculation of foundation stability, settlement and consolidation .It had some reference value and practical meaning.
