In Electricity Market Of Independent Power Plant

Power Market is one of the important issues concerning the reform of the modem electricity. With the separation of power plants and electric nets as well as the gradual foundation of electricity markets, that being an independent power provider, how to completely utilize the rules in the market to promote the power marketing and achieve the maximum economic benefits is still a bran-new field in research. This thesis explored the operational procedure of the independent power provider in the electricity market on the basis of summarizing the former researches.At the very beginning, this thesis discussed the methods of analyzing the costs of bower station. Since cost analysis is the very basis of overall work, in case of one hydroelectric power station, this thesis analyzed cost composing, cost change current and cost sensitivity analysis, went deep into discussing the cost management and control.Then this thesis studied the basic process and principle of constituting bidding strategies by power plant in electrical market, and discussed plant load forecasting, corrival analysis, system marginal price prognosis, bidding program and bidding strategies regulation.Finally, this thesis designed the energy marketing integration management system of dependent power providers, discussed some key subsystem, for example, custom elation management, contract management, optimize dispatch and so on. In contract management ubsystem, this thesis illustrated the economic items of the power produce contract, contract risk anagement, the risk avoiding method of hedging in future trade.
