With the constant development of the national railway system construction, the speedup of the train has become the focal point in the process of construction. And it is also of vital importance to improve the comfortableness of riding trains while raising its speed. Whether the train could be manipulated steadily has a direct influence on passenger's comfortableness, especially with the construction of express railway. The introduction of the new-type locomotive has made greater demands on the locomen. This paper introduces the design of intelligent analyzer based on the Universal Serial Bus for the train's impact and put forward a practical solution as well.The system adopts the silicon inertia accelerometer ADXL105. Acceleration signal, after being detected by the acceleration sensor is gathered by the data gathering module and then transmitted to PC by the data transmission module to perform its data-processing function.The data transmission module based on USB bus is devised in the data transmission module, realizing the development and application of the embedded USB host computer and enabling the system to read flash disk directly through single-chip computer, thus solves the storage problem of large quantity of data. Through the USB port, data could be transmitted between notebook pc and any USB equipment, the acceleration and the curve graph of its change could be simultaneously showed when the locomotive is running. The data in the flash disk could also be analyzed when the locomotive is off work, which intellegentizes the detecting of the signal.This paper gives its emphasis to the introduction of the construction of the system's hardware and its operational principles, including USB Host/Device firmware programmed design, the design of devise driver based on the windows devise driver model (WDM) and design of applied software. The system is characterized by high reliability, comprehensive functions and easily operated interface, fully reflecting USB's features of convenience and celerity, low cost, and easily to be expanded. As a result, it has achieved satisfactory effect in utilization.
