The research of noise control from vehicle back axle is an important aspect of noise and vibration control domain. The quantitative analysis for noise characteristic of automobile back axle could guide to adopt the reasonable measure to reduce the noise and vibration. The research has vital theory and reality meaning. Although the noise measure and analysis technology and noise control theory have been made great progress in our country. How to analyze the occur mechanism and control measure of deviant noise of SC6350CMinicar back axle has not been researched .The paper studies the problems that SC6350C minicar occurred deviant noise when it runs from high speed to slip. The paper uses the noise measure and analysis technology and noise control theory, synthetically adopted experiment and CAE measure, discuss the occur mechanism of noise from back axle. The paper finds the remarkable frequency range from the noise of back axle.According to controlling the noise headstream and transfer path of deviant noise and considering the process level and equipments of enterprise, two reasonable measures have been brought forward and implemented to solve the noise from automobile back axle. The control measure has got well effect according to the experiment.The paper not only put forward the effective measure but also concluded the normal method controlling deviant noise from back axle.
