The intellective economy has appeared and the step of the global informatization is becoming more and more speedy. As one of monopolies in china, the railway is still behind the time and its technical equipments are poor. To change the present conditions, the railway can only depend on the technology to keep the Leap-over Development.Base on the analysis of innovation of the foreign railway and the tendence of information' s development in the world, this thesis expresses the future of the railway, and points out that the railway will lose its market unless holding the chance, using advanced information technology, and improving the competition.There are abundant sources of information and perfect channel of communication in the railway industry, so it should be dominant on the development of informatization and Internet marketing. In this paper, the development of marketing in the 20th century has been reviewed and the conception of Internet marketing has been put forward. An attempt on the electronic commerce of sale of train tickets has been made after analysis on the feasibility of developing electronic commerce in Railway Corporation. This paper has made an active exploration and research.Another important method in modern management is the telephone marketing. After a detailed description about advantages and aim of the telephone marketing, this paper has also designed the customer service centers.
