With rapid development of economy and society, the problem caused by traffic is becoming more and more serious. Quick track traffic system, which is widely studied and applied in developed countries, is thought of a potent way to the ground traffic problem today. Track traffic which is an important part of ground transportation system will come in the 21st century. However, planning and evaluating network of track traffic can be impacted by many of indispensable elements, with complex structure and internal variable, with a lot of variables input. It is necessary to meet existed other traffic system and need of city's sustainable development strategy.ChongQing is china's important industry city, transport hinge, trade port and the largest economy center in upper Yangzhi River. Being centrial city in west china, ChongQing takes a significant part in Prospering West and improving all-sided developing. With rapid development of economy and city in several years, more and more persons go to traveling. Accordingly it is necessary to construct modern track traffic system. Adaptive planning of track traffic network takes great role in city's developing.So the ways of planning and evaluating network of track traffic in ChongQing is detailly studied in this paper as follows:(l)Generial principle and method of track traffic network planning, and requirement of network planning in ChongQing comprehensive planning is studied.(2)Length of track traffic network is obtained based on the city state in medium-term and long-dated planning of ChongQing.(3)3 kinds of scheme of track traffic network is put forword on the city's developing, and traffic-flow in every scheme is predicted.(4)3 kinds of scheme are evaluated respectively after proposing fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method of track traffic network planning.
