A study is conducted on the calculation methods of the pressure of the surrounding rock masses, along with an analysis of the present condition of the imbalance loaded Tunnel. The calculation formula of the unsymmetrical topographical loading has ripen, but the geological imbalance loaded hasn't.The analysis of the measurement data for Yutangwan Tunnel leads to close connection between the bending moment of H-steel, the stress of the surrounding rock masses and the geological, There-fore, the geo-logical structure of the surrounding rock masses can be measured by burying monitoring apparatus in it .In this way, we can ensure it is safe & reliable and economical & reasonable to guide the on-the-spot construction of Tunnels.The relationship between loading acting on the lining structure and different rock dip angle was studied in the similar model test five class surrounding rock and single-line railway Tunnel is the content of study.The method of the model test is as follows. First, typical lining structure of the surrounding rock with five class is chosen. Similar principle is carried on proportioning test of the similar model test, determining similar imitated matter and making similar model. After the measurement of the physical property, with the test system to simulate the digging of tunnels to measure the pressure of the surrounding rock masses and the stress of the lining structure, Secondly byanalyzing the test data, the relationship is obtained between the loading acting on the lining structure and the dip angle, Finally, a detailed analysis is conducted on the pressure of the surrounding rock and the distribution of internal force of the lining structure. Following the enlargement of the dip angle of the rock structure of the pressure of the surrounding rock and the internal force of the lining structure increase all the time.By ANSYS calculation, the internal force of the lining structure is obtained.By summarizing and analyzing, the result between the data of monitoring, model test and FEM that is obtained the relationship between the different dip angle and loading of the lining structure so as to offer the reference to the construction of the similar Engineering and the standardized design of the railway tunnel in the future. |
