The development direction of the dynamic transmission gear is small, high speed, low noise, the highdependable direction at modern times. The manufacture technique of hard gear face has made the widespreadconcern increasingly for increasing the carrying capacity of the gear driven system and increased the gear degreeof hardness to reduce the size of transmission gear. The design of gear is system engineering, this system is already very perfect, and, the CAD integrationsystem which is about all kinds of gear optimize design, computer aided drawing, two dimension drawing, threedimension solid sculpt, the CAD of gear part and the CAD of transmission gear is established increasingly. Thedesign soft wares of generally gear design have exploited perfectly and applied widespread in the project. Thedevelop direction is integrate the universal mechanic CAD software with special gear CAD software, to promotethe commercial and compositive of software, build the database of the manufacture and design of gear, and solvethe modern design problems which are three dimension visual figure, modeling, emulator, dynamic design andcalculate etc. The needs of modern gear design are small, high speed, low noise, the high dependable etc, the traditionaloptimize methods can make the classic result hardly in this kind of problem which is multi-dimensions require,multi-parameters system design. It needs new optimize algorithm to solve. In response, this text introduces the expert system that uses the Hybrid Genetic Algorithm, BP NeuralNetwork Algorithm which is improved by Levenberg-Marquardt Algorithm to optimize the traditional, universalhelical gear design which includes modified gear design. Cross generational elitist selection ,Adaptive crossover ,Adaptive mutation and Keep inferior genes , Control the number of inferior genes etc have been used in theHybrid Genetic Algorithm and have made good effect . Design new software at the base of the UG and use thenew software to draw the three-dimensional solid drawing.
