Study On Expert System For Performance Diagnosis Of Circulating Fluidized Bed Boiler

Along with the development of power industry, the requirement for the safety and economics is becoming stricter. In the power station, boiler is the main part of the failures of equipment. It is important to pay more attention to monitoring and state diagnosis of the boilers. In this thesis the expert system of real-time monitoring and state diagnosis of Circulating Fluidized Bed Boiler (CFBB) is analyzed first, and a brief overview of relative technology is given. Based on the performance characters of CFBB, this thesis introduces the request and function of real-time monitor and state diagnosis expert system. Then it analyzed the basic theory of diagnosis, the basic principle, general methods and object-oriented analyzing method. With the introduction of expert system, this thesis studied state diagnosis of CFBB on the knowledge expressing method of and reasoning mechanism. The knowledge expressing method of state includes method based rule, method based frame, method based procedure and method based model. On the bases of our research project, this thesis exploited the expert system for real-time monitor and state diagnosis of CFBB, which is based on the real-time monitor and database of boilers. It can be used to diagnose to performance state, equipment, instrument, hardware of computer in boiler system. It integrates rule maintenance, model maintenance, symptom maintenance, fault maintenance, dictionary maintenance, reasoning test and reasoning explanation. Practice indicated that our method and thought were feasible and available means to keep boiler security and economy.Finally, the thesis summarized the studies and put forward problems for further studies.
