Although Artificial Freezing method has been used in mining shaft construction for over 100 years at abroad and over 40 years in China, its application in other geotechnical engineering is still in its beginning stage. Freezing method in our country tunnel receive , especially subway tunnel freezing extensive application construct under water in constructing, Using it little in our country in the past, this project is one froze project of the few horizontal freezing constructing in our country.Tunnel construct excavate and cause soil lead to the fact body at tunnel out of shape and the earth's surface subside country rock tunnel by body loss, Freeze bloated to construct companion walk and freeze bloated melting phenomenon of lowering, a excessive one freeze bloated unities and melt person who fall make underground pipeline, etc. destroy the earth's surface. Because the tunnel of urban subway is in importance of the geographical position, require the earth's surface sink into and freeze the forming laws of wall. There is still not much foresee work in this respect. This texts from about the forming laws of the wall of horizontal freezing hole, Freezing construct, the relation simulation experiment of carrying on the scene surveying and laboratory while sinking into of the technology parameter of the earth's surface and put forward the feasible scheme, this may take some lessons for freezing engineering design and construct and the application in the municipal works in the future.The thesis is base on prototype project with underground tunnel adopted horizontal freezing in Dalian Road of Shanghai. A set of test system of horizontal freezing tunnel was established originally and has carry out some research of simulation test. In situation of tunnel's horizontal freezing, temperature, stress and displacement fields were analyzed. By a set of orthogonal tests in model rig, an experiment formula among displacement of ground surface, exposed time and exposed length of frozen wall and the optimum thick of freeze walls were obtained. Have done several following jobs of respects, mainly in this text:(1) Go on the series and study at the foundations of the test model, and is directed against the feasibility tested and carried on the theory to prove, Derive out the relevant test criterion equation.(2) Utilize and handing in experiment law and scene and surveying the income data, It analyses up from number value, Freeze course freeze wall thickness development and change law and freeze course freeze on freezing wall stress who soil increase among the body distribute laws bloated causes along degree of depth.(3) On the foundations of drawing the stress among the freeze body distribute law, calculating and receiving the sterilized wall thickness rationally is 1.5m under considering that subsidesin the earth's surface.(4) Paying and designing experiment have to go to the earth's surface subside, freezing wall time of exposing and freeze wall exposing the experience relational expressions of head through groups.
