Since the manufacturing strode into the epoch of the digital manufacturing, the production of enterprises has not been the production processes of individual enterprises yet, but cooperation and abundant sharing of manufacture resources in the whole lifecycle of products between virtual allied enterprises. So, the manufacturing must integrate information and business process to co-share resources among corporations, and supply technology support and means through of network, especially Internet, for design and manufacture, network sales, provision management for the corporation. And the digital manufacturing enterprises based on Grid could realize very flexible sharing within the range of wide area. In this thesis, the author constructed OGSA based on digital manufacturing through studying the key technology and mechanism in the Platform of Network Manufacture Product Electronic Trading, it can carry out the co-share of distance resource of design, producing information and technology.This thesis study the basic theory of grid and middleware, introduce key technology and mechanism of manufacturing grid in the whole product lifecycle, structure open manufacturing grid services architecture model, research the application of grid in virtual allied enterprises in an example, and set up the basic OGSA framework of the Platform of Network Manufacture Product Electronic Trading based on grid through the characteristics analyzing on the platform.In this thesis, the key research is the application of manufacturing grid services in the Platform, such as the method of establish the grid service based on GT3 and XML describing of manufacture resources; the adoption of grid service registration system with cluster services to improve the corresponding of OGSA TP5, the design of the best cost performance arithmetic of MGRS in GPP module; the method of notify/subscribe to realize the order that is accelerated to deal with.
