In this paper,a whole new drive mode by pulse wave with a high frequency about 100KHz on the Thermo cooler with BiTe-based alloys was put out instead of the common one which was drived by direct currents .And a analysis on the process of the Thermo cooler was done on the view of solid state physics,physical expressions about work performance of refrigerating capacity, temperature difference and refrigeration efficiency established proportionally.A PWM circuit was made out to produce pulse wave and a experiment to test the Thermo cooler 's performance parameters was carried out,which led the summary and a new idea on the research of thermoelectricity refrigeration.
