The application of the finite element method on structure design of opto-mechanical system is summarized, and the influence of screw pairs joint structure contact nonlinear problem on simulating dynamics response is depicted. The development status of the nonlinear finite element method is presented, Based on nonlinear basic theory, classification and mathematical methods on the nonlinear problems is discussed. The contact nonlinear theory, common solving method and applicable conditions are emphasized, and the mathematical model and convergence rule of nonlinear finite element analysis is stated. The conception and calculation of bolt-jointed best-reload on opto-mechanical system is adopted, the relation between reload and equivalent load in finite element model is concluded by deformation correspondency equation. Based on AASA( Aeronautic and Astronautic Structural Analysis software), the nonlinear finite element program to analyze contact status on screw pairs joint is further developed, the method to construct a finite element model of contact bodies with bolts is presented, its application can be laid the foundations of opto-mechanical system dynamics response analysis. There are too more difficulties to fulfill the pre/post process. In order to simplify the pre-and post-process of FEA, AASA is integrated into MSC.Patran, which is one of the best commercial FEA tools for pre/post process. Two integration methods are presented and compared. A good user's interface could be developed and the cost for pre/post process could be saved with integration technique. And it also could provide several intuitionistic ways in the post-process. The contact status of screw pairs joint structure on opto-mechanical system are analyzed, the result has a good consistency with trial result.
