As to the controlling to the water level system of the boiler with general meters in many boiler factories of our country, there're many disadvantages. Accordingly, we bring forward technique of computer monitoring and controlling and it can meet the demand of intelligent controlling. In the thesis, as to the water level system of more complicated dynamic characteristic in the industry boiler, there has a method of the index weighting of general predictive control and will apply it to the water level system of the industry boiler. It can reduce the unstable of system that is brought by the" false water level " and lagging. This method is a very important branch of the general predictive control. Through the analysis to industry boiler system and distinguish dynamic characteristic water level system, confirm systematic model and adjust each parameter, it will regard supplying water variable as controlling variable, regard the water level variable as the exporting variable, regard the steam variable as the feedforward interfering variable, add the different weighting to the controlling variable and the exporting variable and carry on the artificial experiment of the system. Simulation results show that this method adapt to the changes of the object parameters and has perfect control performance, strong robustness and self-adaptive ability, which is significantly superior to the traditional PID control and the General Predictive Control.
