Based on the theory of reliability design ,the paper introduced the reliability design andthe guaranteed reliability design for the device. Apply the theory of reliability design to theapplication, design the reliability of equipment , which is about dispersion of heat,examination , the compatibility of electromagnetism, counteracting strike, and improvesystematic fittings --the electricity inverts the switch, make the reliability of the equipmentimprove further .According to the design theory analysis of reliability, confirm the schemefinally, and has carried on detailed analysis to the circuit, debugging and measure(such asperformance parameter of device and sampling frequency, memory capacity, change precisionand its delay characteristic,etc.). In the process of the test to producing, debugging, measuring,assembling from the design of the circuit, I having met various kinds of difficult problems,forexample, the bad delay characteristic ,circuitout of work and touching off by mistake .I have carried onthe deep discussion in the paper and put forward the scheme solved . In the foundation ofstatic calibration to the device, adopt dynamic calibration technology of simulation actualenvironment, have revised the static sensitivity. In the course of test, at the same time, Ivalidate the circuit controlling electric length, the reliability of electricity invert switch andthe reliability of circuit. Its has high practical value.
