| It is well known that shipping shaft alignment is unavoidably in the shipbuilding. Although there are many theories about shaft alignment , they aren't still used in the shipyard widely. The shipping shaft system alignment is essential to ensuring the long-term's reliable operation of shaft. So the interest in shipping automation ,especially in the technology of shaft alignment has increased enormously in recent years .In this paper, the following subjects are discussed:1,The paper sets up mathematical models of ship shaft about bend, corner, displacement, etc. Three moment method, the transition matrix method and finite element method in shipping shaft system alignment are analyzed.2,The numerical analysis of ship shaft alignment through the three methods is compared. Common methods of shaft alignment are compared with each other through an example. The application of finite element method in shipping shaft system alignment is proved to be more reasonable in the shipyard in future.3,Dynamic factors in shaft alignment are researched in this paper such as transfiguration of ship body, etc. Dynamic factors influences to the shaft calculated through an example. |
