But pulp-molded products can not meet the requirement of large-scale package as the bad cushioning performance of pulp-molded products. So the buffer material which not only has good performance but also can degradable and recycle became the hotpot of research. This paper mainly describes the choice of the raw materials,the effect of each composition for the performance and structure of the material, the mechanics testing of the material, the degradbility testing of the material and the processing technology of the material during the researching process of plant fiber cushion which can degradable and recycle. From the different perspective, choose the best material of buffer material, indigents and processing technology, we can produce the buffer material which has good cushioning performance and degradability.
