Hypersonic technology is the best stratagem in the realm of aerospace technology in the 21st century. The hypersonic vehicle is characterized by its high speed and high ability of penetration. The research on the conception of hypersonic vehicle system is the basic of the hypersonic missile's research. The design research of hypersonic vehicle system will be related with the problem of much subject and technology, which involves the aerodynamic layout, the aerodynamic calefaction, the configuration anti-heat and refrigeration of missile body, the research of engine, the aerial material, the high-octane fuel, Global Position and vector control. Hypersonic technology is the process of promoting the development of technology completely, and accelerates the best integration in the aerospace technology. It will breach the whole defend system at core of strategic missiles, and will attack efficaciously on army and the base abroad, and will provide means of the sudden arriving and unrestricted come-and-go, and will promote the ability of transportation and assister in space for our country. Hence, the research on hypersonic vehicle presents significance in progress and stratagem.The paper studies the concept research of hypersonic vehicle system, which researches into the aerodynamic configuration, the aerodynamic characteristic and the scramjet technology of hypersonic vehicle, which simulates and analyses mostly the performance parameter optimization, attack-defense countermine and operational efficiency of the hypersonic vehicle system, and which provides the credible theoretic foundation for the most research on hypersonic vehicle. That is, the paper has done the following researches:1. Comparing the aerodynamic configuration and the aerodynamic characteristic of some hypersonic vehicle, analyzing mostly the configuration and aerodynamic characteristic of the waverider, and providing the theoretic reference for the aerodynamic configuration of hypersonic vehicle.2. Discussing the scramjet technology, which involves the background, the present situation for overseas research, the research method and the characteristic and project of the design. And analyzing the jet style of hypersonic vehicle, the primary technical parameter and the launching and boosting way of hypersonic vehicle.3. Mostly optimizing and analyzing the performance parameter of hypersonic vehicle system. After founding the mass model, the aerodynamics model and the powermodel, the text calculates the particle trajectory by choosing specific control rule. By using the step acceleration method, the text obtains the optimization of design result which is satisfied with the flight request presupposing that it can meet the need in operational and technical parameter.4. According to the basic frame of the E = A.D.C model, simulating and analyzing attack-defense countermine and operational efficiency on the basis of the operational performance target of hypersonic weapon system.5. The paper obtains summary and discusses further more, and puts forth some significant questions about hypersonic vehicle needed to be solved at present.
