From the seventies to now, product designing has gone through line model, surface model and solid model to characteristic modeling, which can include design character, manufacture character and performance character. This is a big progress for the complete numeric information product model. But the CAD/CAM technology still has some localization, for it can not express the inside material of object.In this dissertation, the author first introduce merit of the Voxel model, and then put forward a method which using dot, line, and surface as reference to compute the distance from Voxel to the reference ;using the distance to design the material distribution. The author have studied a compressed data structure and it's Bool operation, gave it's optimized Marching Cubes algorithm and a two-steps disperse algorithm from solid model to Voxel model. The author have also introduced the visualization technology and realized a visualization soft ware to express the model. In the end , the author have validated the feasibility and correctness of the modeling method through some modeling example.
