At present, because the producing procedure is very complicated, there are so many equipments and the association between the variable coupling severely, so the existing method in some complicated system is not so practical, and the expert system based on the rules also have the bottleneck problem. In order to solve this problem, My article applied the method which produced the rules to the failure diagnose area, and we can found the equipment character from the power plant operation data, so we can solve the bottleneck problem efficiently. The diagnosis to the examples of boiler Fault proved it to be practical.
