The algorithm of the probability of distribution network taking into account voltage sags is analyzed in this article. A reliability analysis method taking into account voltage sags is presented that combine a Monte Carlo simulation with the analytic method, thereinto analytic method adopts methods of faults current compensation for calculating short-circuit current and simulates faults line start, fault style and fault position by Monte Carlo simulation. Base on this, Calculates the characteristic value of voltage sags and Voltage sags estimation. Design integer program block diagram and realize the method with programming language VC++ 6.0. Use this program in the sixth bus of RBTS in IEEE. At last the results are analyzed and some methods of raising probability of the distribution network are put forward.
