The paper is studied fuzzy controllers and fuzzy observers based on linear matrixinequality(LMI) for T-S fuzzy models. The parallel distributed compensation(PDC) is todesign fuzzy controllers and fuzzy observers for T-S fuzzy models. Methods that design fuzzycontrollers are through state feedback and state feedback added signal, and except introducingsome former methods ,an novel method that with respect to pole placement constraints isderived and utilized in the design procedures for it can improved system's dynamic qualitys.Otherwise, another method that controller designing is through adding a control signal toachieved model's trail capability. Stability conditions based fuzzy controllers and fuzzyobservers are transited to Lyapunov protruding optimize problems and expressed by LMI.Soparameters for controllers and observers are derived by solve LMIs. The simulated modelschoose inverted pendulum and coordinated control system of 160MW unit ,the result ofsimulation demonstrates these methods are effective and convenient.
