| The vacuum circuit breaker develops rapidly in recent years, which has been the dominant breaker in the medium voltage domain. The test of the vacuum circuit breaker is the necessary process for the manufactory plant to accomplish the design of products and further checkout before it leaves the factory, the test system, which is related to the vacuum circuit breaker, has been the most necessary method for the development of new products. The controlling system, the test system, the intellectualized design and as well as the reliability test of the actuator, which is related to the test system, are the subject which is worth to research.Test of the vacuum circuit breaker is the most direct method to identify the capability of the products whether prefect or not. So great emphases is taken in the first part of the article on the design of the controlling system for the synthetic circuit which is based on Permanent Magnetic Actuator(PMA). The Programmable Logical Controller (PLC)which plays a dominant role in controlling fields is used in the design. S7-200 series PLC of SIEMENS company is used in order to achieve the aim of controlling the time-sequence, precision and charge circuit. It is a significant work to finish the design successfully, because the controlling system can promote the test precision and successful probability of the test.Based on PMA, the design of the mechanical life test system of vacuum circuit breaker which is also named vacuum circuit breaker test controller, is the second part of the paper. PLC is used as the controlling core component in the design of logical controlled circuit. The controller has been tested successfully. It has the characteristics of stability and reliability. It can not only be used in the laboratory of high voltage and large current, but also can be used in the inner laboratory of factory as routine detect for the products.PMA plays an important role in vacuum circuit breaker. So the capability of PMA is analyzed in the last chapter of the paper. Furthermore, the actuator's function .development history, characteristics and the development and selection of permanent magnetic material are introduced. Finally, its opposite force characteristic is analyzed. The work not only has an instruction influence in the manufacture and research of PMA, but also can promote its development forward to series.The conclusion of the paper can make great progress in the test system of the vacuum circuit breaker and can make adapt to the requirement for the great intellectualization, high precision and remarkable reliability of high voltage level products. |
