Brief Analysis For The Application Of Building Material In Landscape

This article introduced some commonly used building material such as stone, metal, glass, brick, lumber and so on, and introduced processing methods and the performance characteristic of some new building materials in the correlation chapter. The building material renews very quickly. The new technology and the new material frequently be promoted. Moreover, in architectural design domain, there are many articles about new material, new technical application and thread also. But in the landscape design domain, the introduction and application about the type and the scope of the building material is deficient. This article analyse the characteristic of the building material, analyse the engineering project example of the domestic and foreign and the author's, introduced the application of the different building material in the landscape architecture. These application methods already include the traditional application of ordinary material, also includes the application of the new building material and the new application of the ordinary building material. The purpose of this article is to provide some choices of the application about the building material and some idea for the landscape architect.
