In order to save energy and satisfy different people with various custom habits, an engineering model of the quickly-cooling system, which can cool some beverage quickly and then save the electricity energy, is designed in this paper. Basing on the engineering model of the quick spray cooling system, the theoretical analysis and design is carried out. After that, an experimental platform is completed. By use of it, the relative parameters are measured and the results are analyzed. Besides, a simple numerical simulation for this model is calculated by Phoenics software, which shows this engineering model is so practical for the future similar designs. In one word, all the analysis shows that this spray cooling system is so quick, economical and efficient and that it has wide practical value with the condition of the limited energy in our country. In addition, the feasible and economical analysis of the model is fulfilled. Therefore, the engineering model accomplished in this paper has the characters of quickness, high efficiency and economy, which benefits the similar research in the future.
