With the rapid development of economy under the reform and open-up policy, more and more tall buildings were built in our country. Pile foundation was widely used in civil engineering construction from coastland to inland. Meanwhile, with the development of electronic calculation technology, theory about dynamic interaction of pile, soil and superstructure was developed rapidly. Overseas and inland scholars have made many researches on this problem, but the results couldn't be fully applied into practice. There were many reasons, but the main reason was that because of the complexity of dynamic interaction of pile, soil and superstructure, each method may be difficult in theory or be complicated in calculation besides the reason of itself. So its application was confided to a great extent. Considering the situation, I put forward a simple model to calculate dynamic interaction of pile, soil and superstructure on the base of the other people's research. The model is simple in concept and it can consider the variety of soil's layers, condition at the end of piles and it can also consider the nonlinear behavior of framework. It also can reflect the foundation's influence on superstructure under earthquake and exactly reflect the characteristic of dynamic interaction of pile, earth and superstructure.
