| The constant ratio of voltage to frequency (constant V/F) control is used widely in general-purpose inverter. The structure of this control system is the simple and the price is the low. It is suitable for the wind motor and water pump that the request of dynamic performance is not very high. So this converter is salability in the market because of its economy and popularity. According to this situation, in this paper a specimen of the converter used DSP as its controller is designed, the control principle is constant V/F and technique of space voltage vector PWM are used. Some key questions are analyzed and the realization methods are also given. The main content in this paper is:1 Based on compare between synchronous modulation and asynchronous modulation, an advanced asynchronous modulation is presented in this paper.2 High accuracy control arithmetic is used and the precision of frequency achieve 0.01Hz.3 The dead-time compensation of the system based on space voltage vector is introduced after analyzing the dead-time of system and the influence on output waveform in detail.4 The PI adjustor embedded in system make it is easy to suit requests of different development control systems.5 The DSP TMS320LF2407A of TI is used as controller and design the hardware circuit and software.6 The results of light load experimentation showed the correctness of the method used in this specimen. |
