Impurities control is one of the most important factors of limiting plasma discharge in Nuclear Fusion research. To improve the ability of controlling impurities will provide plasma discharge with better running environment. This article introduces some improving work on impurities control of vacuum system in EAST TOKAMAK device. The transmission probability of profiled tube in vacuum system is calculated with DSMC (direct simulation Monte Carlo) method. The results get high relative precision and are tested by Monte Carlo analysis software, providing future work with some references; In order to remove impurities in vacuum system with high efficiency, the major structure of inserted cryopump is designed based on experiences of other designs. Electromagnetic loads on inserted cryopumps are calculated so that as important data of structure and thermal analysis; The connected structure of tubes in vacuum system is designed to improve abilities of removing impurities and controlling plasma density. The reliability of this structure design is tested by finite element method.
