In order to overcome the disadvantages of resource configuration imbalance, strong subjectivity and high consumption of traditional highway construction technology managed by man, the thesis studied IDSS of asphaltum-concrete road construction systematically and thoroughly supported by Hi-tech Research and Development Program of China—Implementing Scheme Research on Intelligent Construction Machines(Grant No.2001AA422011) and Intelligence and Manufacture Informationization of the Construction Machines of Road Surface (Grant No. 2003AA430030). A distributed intelligent decision and management system was erected which incorporates the technologies of decision support system, expert system and database based on the theory of multi-agent. The system is able to support more rational, more effective and more scientific decision-making and schedule strategy, and it also can do attribute to the automation and intelligence of construction equipment fleet. The main work and innovative ideas include:1. Apply multi-agent technology to the study of dynamic scheduling. Constructed the dynamic scheduling system of road construction machines based on MAS architecture.2. Apply the intelligent decision support technology based on multi-agent technology to the dynamic scheduling system of road construction machines. Constructed the model of intelligent decision and scheduling support system based on agent. The system can schedule the construction machines reasonably and efficiently, and dispose all kinds of unexpected changes quickly and exactly. This provides a new way for inelligent construction machinery.3. Put forward the general structure of intelligent decision and scheduling support system in asphaltum-concrete road construction. Designed the database system, knowledge base system, model base system and reasoning machine.4. Visual C++6.0 is adopted in the software development of intelligent decision and scheduling support system in asphaltum-concrete road construction. The software packed the database system, knowledge base system, model base system all together. The operation of addition, modification, deletion and insertion can be implemented easily, and the interface is friendly.
