Design And Research Of Control System For Intelligent Elevator Garage Based On PROFIBUS

Based on automatics technology, robotics technology and computer technology, elevator garage is an intelligent stereo car-storing and retrieving system. In this paper, the history , actuality and current of stereo garage inland and oversea are analyzed and the significance of this thesis is discussed.Taking analyzing and researching Fieldbus techniques and PLC&network as background, this thesis mainly broughts forward a new control plan on the basis of feild and configuration of elevator garage. And discusses realization of programmable logic controller(PLC)control system based on the PROFIBUS Fieldbus, introduces the arithmetic on throry of multi objective fuzzy synthesis judgment. Meanwhile, the optimization design on Algorithms of Control System, experimentation and simulateion are also tested on Me093399 equipment in this thesis.And the result of the test is very well.The configureation and implement are monitored to the Windows Control Center(WinCC) and Field Control System.The system realizes communication between WinCC and the main station .After that,This thesis have implemented the collection and disposion of the data of Run-time Database .
