| The structure vibration control is a new method of anti-earthquake in civil engineer and amongst the most mature theory is the base isolation theory, which is adopted widely. Since the conventional isolation system have some drawbacks such as the bad damping capacity and the excessively large lateral displacement of the isolation story in the base isolation system, which affects the reliability of aseismatic performance and limits its application scope. Based on the unique mechanics properties of shape memory alloys, and also combined it with dished-spring and conventional rubber bearings, it can constitute a new compound isolation bearing for the purpose of the control on the multi-dimensional and lateral-torsional coupled seismic response. And it can make up drawbacks of the conventional seismic isolation method.To illustrate the feasibility and verify the compound isolation effect of the above system, the following work is done: using MATLAB compiled an finite analytic program on SMA relationship, and secondly, putting forward the specifications and the working principles of the SMA compound isolation system, thorough analyses on its performance under lateral displacement and decide on its optimal specific sizes, and thirdly founded a reasonable and practical academic analytical model. And finally brought forward analytic method on multi-dimensional and lateral -torsional coupled seismic response, the model of series-wound rigid body system, and verified their lateral, vertical and tortional isolating impact of the isolation systems above.The results showed that the analyses and model mentioned in this paper can reflect the primary properties of the material's transformation pesudo-elasticity property of SMA exactly, and the corresponding compound isolation has good compound vibration reducing property, and usingcompound isolation control of the SMA compound isolation system in this paper, it can not only inhibit the seismic energy from transferring to the upper structure, lessen the lateral vibration or lateral-torsional coupled vibration, but also inhibit the vertical seismic response. The study done above founded the bases for further investigation, exploitation and application on this new-style multi-functional compound isolation bearing. |
