In recent years, along with the world crisis of energy sources, energy saving building are paid more attention step by step. In our country, northern cities have been utilizing coal materials as the main fuels for four month annually. However, in recent years, the shortage of coal resources is very serious. The main products of coal burning pollute the atmosphere heavily. At the same time, it does great harm to human's health. It will be an important subject for the scientific workers to study a new type of building in which can make good use of solar energy to serve for people.In this paper, the passive solar building is taken as model and the dynamic heat transfer characteristic of its enclosure is analyzed. In the same time, experimental model is surveyed and analyzed. The mathematical model of solar air heater is builted by way of balance and solved, and then proved the rationality of the results.The author sets up a mathematical model of indoor thermal balance of solar building by way of balance and calculates the heating conduction of various enclosure by method of responding coefficient, as well as the temperature of enclosure surfaces by using the depressives method of special region and TDMA calculating method. Draws up corresponding computer program for the heat transfer differential equation and boundary conditions. Using this program simulates the thermal environment of the solar building. Caculates the indoor temperature hour by hour.Finally, compares the results of calculation with the experimental data, and shows the results is reasonable.
