Designers have to face uncertain problems when they take on the structural design. The uncertainty mainly comes from the randomness and fuzziness of design parameters. Randomness mainly embody the variability of parameters in time and space and fuzziness mainly embody the inaccuracy of design parameters. In this thesis, the beam and plate affected by fuzzy factors are Investigated and applied by fuzzy finite element based on second order small parameter perturbation, the theories of weighted function and possibilistic mean value are established, at the same time, the calculating method of fuzzy reliability is established and normative. The main contributions of the thesis are as follows:1. The uniform measurable formula of probability and fuzzy entropy are derived and established.2. Fuzzy finite element based on second-order small parameter perturbation is derived and the fuzzy reliability calculating method is established.3. To apply weighted function and response function to calculate the structural reliability.
