This thesis uses GC as its main method to contrast the aroma barrier of BOPP, PE, PET/ AL/ PE, BOPP/ NY/ CPP, BOPP/ PET/ AL/ PP/ PE, NY/ PE six kinds of packaging materials. The results show that:1, Comparison of barrier between BOPP, PE, PET, NY proves that the PET, NY has better barrier. BOPP places the second, and the PE lists the end.The penetrating speed of linalool, geraniol and β -lonone through BOPP/NY/CPP respectively is 0.58138ml/24h m~2, 0.152095 ml/24h m~2, 0.301268 ml/24h m~2The penetrating speed of concentrated linalool, geraniol and β -lonone throughBOPP/PET/AL/PP/PE respectively is 0.113545 ml/24h m~2, 0.025778 ml/24h m~2, 0.215346 ml/24hm~2. The penetrating speed of Benzyl alcohols, Benzyl acetate, Farnesol etc, through both BOPP/NY/ CPP and BOPP/ PET/ AL/ PP/ PE are lower than 0.1 ml/24h m~2, which satisfies therequirement on quality barrier material.The penetrating speed of Benzyl alcohols, Benzyl acetate, Farnesol etc, through Single-layer BOPP and PE are 50 times higher than that of BOPP/NY/CPP and BOPP/PET/AL/PP/PE.
