The paper first reviews the development of cemented soil pile with strong core, then prospects the foreground of it. Concrete-cored deep cement mixing pile is a new pile type based on cement soil pile, which is composed of an internal precast concrete pile and an external deep-cement-mixing pile socket. The new type has a series of advantages compared with common cast-in-situ pile ,such as higher capacity ,lower cost ,more reliable quality and lighter pollution. So it is a new type of pile with bright future. Based on theoretic analysis, the formulas for calculating the interal force and deformation of concrete-cored deep cement mixing pile are founded and using ANSYS finite element analysis software the three dimensional body model of the pile-soil-raft is established, then the performance of the concrete cored cement-soil single-pile is analyzed under the axial load. The paper focuses on the load distribution and load transfer among soil, pile-core and pile-socket, the interactive behavior of cement-soil ring and reinforced concrete core and some corresponding factors influencing the displacement of the pile which include the various core length, the section radius, the elastic modulus of soil and cement–soil etc. By the comparison of the same type of cement-soil mixing pile with concrete core, concrete pile and cement-soil pile which have the same pile length and pile diameter, we get the Q-S curve, the axial force of pile body curve, the stress of pile by finite element program. Through the two different methods, we can find that the properties of concrete cored cement-soil pile are very different from the cement-soil, but similar to the concrete pile. In the end, according the property of the concrete cored cement-soil pile ,the paper put forward to the principle of design computation applying to the work, and advances some technical measures and advice for the construction of the pile. the author expects the thesis could supply some help to the further development of the composite pile.
