The task of design about small hydropower station connecting to the system is to analyse the best style of connecting,and the network scheme of the power station transmission engineering and construction scale and to put forward the technical demands of power station about the system operation, according to the load layout and reasonable power -service in the range. According to the hydropower's installed generating capacity and geography location,the range of designing about local net of power station is from 35kv to 110kv .It is composed of four parts.First, part one is to forecast load development ,and to balance electric energy and energy .analyse the method of load forecast on the basis of neural network.To meet the need of local resource's exploration ,we must speed up the construction of the electric power.Part two put forward the scheme of the small hydropower station connect to the system, including voltage, class, out-line, electric main wiring,modification, scheme about power station connect to the network cause of 110kv net.Part three is to build math model of power flow, and to take power flow compute for power network .In order to correct old equipment and choose new equipment, short circuit is computedPart four is to put forward fixation scheme of power protection and automation, system dispatch center automation and system communications authorizationFinally take advice about 110kv operation style.
