In the dissertation, Molybdenum nitride were prepared by different temperature programming gas solid reaction of ammonia with molybdenum trioxide. Reaction products have been investigated and studied by means of cyclic voltammetry ,XRD and SEM. The effect of the temperature ramping rate ,the gas flow rate and the final temperature on active material Molybdenum nitride composition were different. The film electrode of molybdenum nitride exhibits a characteristic of capacitor and the reversibility of the kinetics .Novel bimetallic nitrides such as Ta-Mo, Ni-Mo,Cr-Mo and Co-Mo were studied and properties of the samples when synthesizing by temperature programmed nitriding of the bimetallic oxides via a solid-rate reaction. The results showed the addition of Ta, Gr, Co, Sb, Ni, CNTs to the - Mo2N not only widened the voltage window , but also improved the capacitance. As for Molybdenum nitride electrode , its origin of capacitance , controlled factor of the surface process , mechanism of the electrochemical process is discussed effectively in this dissertation .Electrode research on Molybdenum nitride matrix supercapacitors shows remarkable stability and reproducibility of discharge/recharge behavior and the maximum operational voltage of the capacitor can be improved effectively and analysis the reaction mechanism.
