Design Of Voltage-And-Current Sharing Test-Bed For Rectifier Of Locomotive

The thesis is about the automatic test bed and the diagnose system of the locomotive rectifier current share and voltage share. The system is aim to be a intellectual test bed for current share and voltage share system. It is consisted of integral work station, test flat, artifice operation part, execute part and professional system of data source management etc.The function process of the system is based on the related test process .It guides the operator in the flat style in both artifice and automatic way. The system can test the parameter of the share and voltage share system. After test ,it is able to do statistics, selection, save and printChapter 1 describes the requirement of locomotive rectifier test, and introduces the function of the test bed .Chapter 2 does analysis and design of the rectifier's structure and function.Chapter 3 portrays the selection of scheme, parameter, the drive circuit and the experiment circuit.Chapter 4 designs the voltage test circuit and current test circuit.Chapter 5 describes the fundamental of computer test circuit and designs A/D circuit and the relay drive circuit.Chapter 6 introduces the software of computer test system, analyse the function , basis and flow chart.In the end the essay summarizes the system design.
