| This thesis elaborated the situation, dynamic state and the direction of the development of the logistics equipment domestic and abroad currently, and the important function of logistics equipment in modern manufacturing industry .The paper also studies the present condition of portal gantry home and abroad, and put forward a kind of improved method to the flank of main grider according to the shortcomings that the main grider of the portal gantry with box grider is over weighted,and it needs more materials.The author goes into the research deeply, based on the practice of domestic and international production of the portal gantry. After studying masses of the data in the production application and comparing fully, he put forward the conceive that the varying cross-section is used as a flank in box grider. In addition, based on the senior applied technique of ANSYS,the thesis makes the optimization design to the varying cross-section,and gains the optimal solution.The use of the new flank could lead to great reduction to the consumption of material of main grider and the stiffener on it.As well as the weight of the grider and the cost.Aiming at the main grider structure of the portal gantry, the traditional design method usually adopts stress check,or the calculate method based on the material mechanics and structural mechanics.As a result,the anlysis of force is not thorough,and the solution is not exact.Futhermore,the structure of the flank could not be determined by the stress distrubition,and it caused unnecessary waste.Usually a fessible design program can be gained,but not the best one.On the basis of the traditional design mothed of the main grider,This thesis according to the stress distribution to determine the varying cross-section flank of the main grider, and make use of the ANSYS to carry on the analytical verification.Which affirmed the fessibility and accuracy of the model and the optimized system.The aim of the thesis is doing some trials and quest to the modern design of the crane in and abroad, but viewpoint that useing varying cross-check flank instead of flake one is the first time.Meanwhile, the thesis is focus one the research of the theoritical method, there is still distance to the applicable use and needs further research.But the new thought and the research method make use of will be sure make inspiration and promotion to reaserch of the crane industry and the mordern disign mothed. |
