Creep is a kind inherent property of the concrete material and creep problem was put forward since the concrete have been applied. Then the researches about creep mechanism and creep effect in concrete structures have its constant thorough and development accompanying with the concrete continuously applied, concrete category continuously creative, and the concrete application being widely used. But so far the creep problem is still emphasis and difficulty in the theory field because of the complexity and levity influence factor, the difference creep theoretical and the abundance creep mathematics model.In more than the last ten years, the bridge construct rapidly develops facing the big span. Now many prestressed concrete bridges of long span and cable-stayed bridge have erected in our country continuously. The calculations of creep coefficient and creep analysis of structure are the important contents about bridge design and construction control. If do not account the creep or account too roughly, we will attain the result with error even not authentic result. The creep possibly cause a series of engineering problems such as construction transforms and the secondary distribution of the internal forces, so it is also a important controlled question in the engineering field. This paper systematically describes the interior and exterior influential factors of creep and generalizes the computation thesis about creep in the current acquaintanceship scope. Theirs difference and similar are all described.Because the creep of prestressed concrete may cause prodigious arch and crack in the stage of construction stage and employ phases, with which possible influence bridge quantity, bridge safety and is advantageously going through with the vehicle. But the creep theory coefficient according to the code for design of highway reinforced concrete and prestressed concrete bridges and culverts (JTJ023-85) is different form the creep coefficient practicality measured. Generally speaking, a majority of information existed show that coefficientpracticality measured is far less than the creep theory coefficient. The paper is just only aiming at this question. The item of rounding the city highway in Wuhan City is used for the research background. On the groundwork of collecting the trial dates, combining taking into account creep influence factors, creep values of theories coefficient was attained through the criterion.During the course of Composing the thesis, the new code that ((code for design of highway reinforced concrete and prestressed concrete bridges and culverts)) has come into force on October 1.The creep coefficient calculation formula provided by new code has been wrote programmer with Visual Basic. Compare the numeration result we can discover that some fluctuations factor between the old and new codes how to influence the creep coefficient. At the same time see about the anatomies degree of new code and practice engineering. At last through comparing the creep coefficient value between the measured and accounted, the paper make a conclusion of some creep orderliness about concrete member or structure. These conclusions can provide a kind of calculation method or empirical formulas satisfied the actual request for the engineering section so as to avoid from the engineering problem caused by the creep question.
