Pile foundation is the common method of ground treatment in coastal regions, the characteristic of soft soil are high moisture content, high porosity ratio, high compressibility, low intensity strength, low permeability, low coefficient of consolidation. As natural foundation, the soft foundation can be reinforced by using pile in the engineering, but the interactional mechanics characteristic among structural foundation, pile and soil is difficult to realize. unfortunately, few systemic researches have been engaged on this topic ,and there are few references can be consulted up till now.The numerical analysis of FEM is the efficient way to research structure-soil interaction questions. The soil, pile and foundation's numerical models of interaction are set up through 3D FEM to calculate stress and deformation. Due to the difference of material characters and mechanics performance between concrete structure and soil, constitutive relation which not only match the actual engineering and reflecting non-linear characteristic but also paying great attention to model the interface element on the contact area of different materials, so the calculate result can get consistence with the actual.Under the foundation of introducing 3D-FEM analysis method, reinforced concrete and soil behaviors and several classical methods of interface element, the author made great effort on the modeling of the interface element and the underground structure element.For the engineering structure and foundation which shape constant but number variety, for the sake of quickly and efficiently analysis, APDL is adopted .Using the parameterized order language to establish procedure, not only can realize parameterized establish model but also can automatic process of analysis and calculate, the result is advanced analysis efficient, and it is only demand simply change of parameter number, the same procedure can application on other similar engineering.In this paper, the QinHuaiHe sluice is calculated with 3D nonlinear static and dynamic analysis under considering the interaction of pile, soil and foundation. The stress and deformation of sluice under several load cases are calculated. From the sensitivity analysis of cut wall' depth ,the best cut wall'depth which control the room of sluice's horizontal movement is acquired. At the moment, the dynamic time-history analysis under earthquake wave is proceeded, which can service for design and construction.
