| The thesis discussing the research subject supported by the No.25 research institute of China-Aerospace Science and Industry Corporation introduces the design of the two-axis target imitation motion system used to test the performance of some weapons and the research of key technical problems.First the article illuminates the engineering design of the mechanical structure and the control system of the two-axis motion system. The document describes briefly the constitution of the mechanical structure and the features of key components, such as ball screws, and explains the parameters which are calculated and checked. It depicts functions and characteristics of PMAC, Panasonic AC servo-motors, drivers and IPC of which the control system consists, also illuminates the relevant software environment and development function modules.Then typical technique points are analyzed in engineering design process, including: the origin regulation with compensation, the data collection in high-speed movement, and the curve fitting of the trace of movement in the spline-curve fitting model, etc. The thesis puts forward the solutions of points that made good effects in fact and the software was developed. The solutions implement the accurate positioning and the real-time data collection, and make the error of movement track reach the design requirement. For improving system performance, the article goes further to discuss technique problems on the methods for improving the precision of curve fitting and the usage of the bandsplit filter.At last the thesis describes the installment and rectification of the system. The dynamic characteristics of the actual system are regulated in the PID control function provided by PMAC. The measured data testifies the rationality of the design and the system achieves all technical requirements. |
