This paper mainly discusses the key parts of an apparatus that the flexible CO2 laser weapon realizing the aim of following and taking aim, and shooting with one aperture of optional system------high-power laser split-color filters with high reflectance in visible and middle-infrared waveband with high transmittance in 10.6μm CO2 high-power laser wavelength. Through the analysis of optical system and split-color filters'practical performance and target with considering the difficulty of depositing of split-color filters, we make sure the feasible project that high reflectance in visible and middle-infrared waveband with high transmittacne in 10.6μm CO2 laser wavelength. It is finally confirmed that the substrate ,high refractive index medium material, low refractive index medium material using CVD-ZnSe crystal ,ZnSe,YbF3,based on ensuring the project of the split-color filters we analyze and compare the optical and physical character ,the laser-induced damage threshold of all available optical coating material. The best spectrum performance of the split-color filter is achieved by the way of the optimization of the thickness of several outermost film layers. Furthermore, it is introduced the split-color filter's the depositing technology, the measure of spectrum and laser-induced damage threshold. The spectrum and laser-induced damage threshold of the split-color filter satisfy basically the expected target demand. The satisfied fruit is obtained. It is based firmly on the sake of the manufacture of correlated film elements.
